How many people can The Resort at Dolly sleep?
Up to 36 guests across six private suites. Each suite sleeps 6 with a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a full-size sleeper sofa, so a group of 15, 24, or 36 all fits without anyone splitting across separate cabins.
Can we book the entire property just for our group?
Yes. That's the Whole Property Buyout. You reserve all six suites plus exclusive private use of every amenity: the heated indoor pool, hot tub, arcade, dining room, and firepits. No other guests on the property during your stay. Smaller reservations of one to three suites share resort amenities with other guests.
Does every suite have its own kitchen and bathroom?
Yes. Each of the six suites has a private full kitchen, private bathroom, washer and dryer, and balcony. Nobody queues for a shower and every family unit gets its own door to close.
Is the indoor pool open year-round?
Yes. The 37-foot indoor saltwater pool is heated to approximately 85°F all year, so December and February groups swim just like July groups.
How close is the resort to Dollywood?
About 15 minutes. The resort sits in Sevierville between Pigeon Forge (~20 min) and Gatlinburg (~25 min), with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Sugarlands entrance) about 35 minutes away.
What's in the game room?
A 412-game arcade lineup: Multicade, Big Buck Hunter, skeeball, basketball shoot-out, and a pool table, plus cornhole, bocce ball, and a children's playground outside.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes. A covered seven-person outdoor hot tub under string lights, plus the heated indoor pool.
Can we host group meals on site?
Yes. There's a dining room that seats all 36 guests, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ grill, and a full kitchen in every suite, built for reunion dinners and holiday meals with the whole group together.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM with smart-lock self check-in, and check-out is 10:00 AM.

What are the house rules?
The booking guest must be 21 or older. No smoking or vaping. No pets except service animals. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Children must be supervised around the pool and hot tub.
Are parties or weddings permitted?
Possibly, with our prior approval. Event use, outside vendors, visitor counts and celebration plans must be confirmed with us before booking. Tell us about your plans through the contact page.
Are outside vendors permitted?
Outside vendors may be approved case by case. Tell us who you plan to bring in before booking.
Is a rental agreement required?
Yes. A signed rental agreement is required after booking.
