Reservations

Reservations are made through our secure booking engine. The booking guest must be 21 or older. A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Rates, fees and cancellation terms for your dates are displayed in the booking engine before you confirm.

Occupancy

The Whole Property Buyout accommodates up to 36 overnight guests across six suites. Each suite sleeps up to six. Reservations of one to three suites share resort amenities with other guests; booking all six suites reserves the entire property and every amenity exclusively for your group.

Check-in and checkout

Check-in is 4:00 PM with smart-lock self check-in. Checkout is 10:00 AM.

House rules

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
• No pets, except service animals
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Children must be supervised around the pool and hot tub at all times
• Pool room access uses a private entry code and door alarms

Events and vendors

Event use, celebrations, outside vendors and visitors beyond the overnight guest count require our prior written approval. Tell us about your plans before booking.
